Helping Us

Introduction

Charitable support is vital for the National Eye Research Centre to continue funding research. As funds become available, more research can be carried out to better understand the functions and diseases of the eye as well as develop new treatments and therapies.

Donors, be they corporate, charitable trusts or individuals, can support the charity by individual gifts of any size, preferably in the tax efficient manner. Remember Gift Aid provides 28p for every £1 of your donation.

Donations may be linked to a particular research project or piece of equipment for research or patient care. Some prefer to donate via payroll giving, standing order or direct debit. Many people like to leave a legacy for the charity which can reduce their estate’s liability for inheritance tax.
